The author discusses the need for engineers to think like entrepreneurs, always looking for innovative ideas and ways to transform products and manufacturing processes. He discusses good writing skills, good presentation skills, ethics, time-management, teamwork, summing all this up in his “Ten Competencies for the Entrepreneurial Engineer”.
