CIE Colorimetry Technical Report 15:2004 (3rd edition)

CIE Colorimetry Technical Report 15:2004 (3rd edition).  We have received a copy of Colorimetry, the CIE Technical Report 15:2004 (the 3rd edition) in Science Reference at Waldo.  I’ve noticed that this has been cited by many imaging graduate students in their papers and theses.  Our copy will be non-circulating but will be here for anyone who needs to refer to it.  It is in the Science Reference collection, Lower Level in Waldo Library, call number QC495 .I57 2004.  If you are a WMU Paper Engineering or Imaging faculty member, please tell your graduate students about this.

PaperChem Database moves to Engineering Village

For those of you who use the PaperChem database:

Starting February 19, 2008, the PaperChem/Paper Village database, which is the online version of the “Abstract Bulletin of Paper Science”, will be available only via the Engineering Village platform.  Beginning yesterday (January 7th) it is available via both the original site (linked from Waldo) and the Engineering Village/Ei Compendex site.  The interfaces are virtually the same for both sites, so this won’t affect the usability of the sites.  However, if you create any search alerts or save any searches between now and February 19 in your personal account in the old PaperChem site, they will not be transferred to your account in Engineering Village.  You will need to login to your personal account in Paper Chem via Engineering Village and set up your alerts or saved searches there from now on.  Come February, we will change the links to PaperChem on the Waldo Library site so you will connect to PaperChem in Engineering Village.

You can try out the new site here
