Collaboration Gives Competitive Edge
The Aberdeen Group’s recent report “The Product Lifecycle Collaboration Benchmark Report: The Product Profitability “X Factor“?, currently available in a free PDF summary, discusses how companies are increasingly collaborating across departments, across enterprises, and internationally (remote-collaboration), and in doing so, becoming more competitive in the process. This report discusses the various modes of collaboration that are common, their implications in the design world, and gives some recommendations for companies.
